My aim is to to support people to better understand their difficulties and develop strategies to manage their emotions through evidence based therapy. I believe that building strong relationships with others is important for us all, and I focus on creating a trusting and compassionate space to achieve this.

My aim is to to support people to better understand their difficulties and develop strategies to manage their emotions though evidence based therapy. I believe that building strong relationships with others is important for us all, and I focus on creating a trusting and compassionate space to achieve this.
I offer zoom appointments on Tuesdays and face to face appointments in my city centre office on Wednesday afternoons.

ONE TO ONE THERAPY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
I offer psychological assessment and therapy for children and young people for a range of mental health difficulties. I deliver evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR, which I tailor to suit the young person's needs and context. I strive to make sessions engaging and fun for children, so they feel relaxed and comfortable.

FAMILY SESSIONS
I believe that our relationships have a significant impact on how we feel, therefore I offer family sessions alongside individual support when required. Within family sessions, I gain an understanding of attachments and use systemic models to enhance connection and improve interactions among family members. I also offer parenting interventions and am trained in attachment-focused as well as behavioural models.
ONE TO ONE THERAPY FOR ADULTS
I offer individual therapy to adults who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including:
Depression
Stress and anxiety
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Relationship difficulties
Trauma
I help those I work with understand how their experiences have affected their mental health and explore ways to improve their emotional wellbeing. I offer diverse therapies, such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Mindfulness
Trauma-Focused CBT
EMDR.
I aim to facilitate the development of new skills to manage difficult emotions and stressful life events in a supportive and collaborative way.
PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION
I offer clinical supervision to other professionals who are providing psychological therapy. I have completed training in this area and have experience supervising colleagues in a range of disciplines.
